joy just can't contain herself these days. when she sees something she likes, she lets out her little happy scream.

    Hey Jules, I have another random question. My sister and I are going to try and run in the Nike Women's Marathon in October 2011. It's a neat looking race, and a popular one. Anyway, I was wondering if you had any training schedules/advice/tips/etc.
